By kind permission, granted by the Head teacher at Dulverton Middle School, we will once again have the use of the school fields for camping.

Please read through all this spiel, then use the form below to make your campsite bookings.

We do have to pay for the use of the field which also allows us access to the schools toilets and showers which is a great bonus for the campsite, so, we do have to charge for this element of the festival.
We do however try to keep the price as reasonable as possible, and for 2012 we are pleased to be able to announce that the prices will remain unchanged! There's a rarity when everything else is going up something stupid!
You will, we hope, be pleased to know that the money we pass on to the school is invested in music education for the pupils at Dulverton... the next generation who will keep music live and alive!

Campsite fees per night are:-
  • Adults £5
  • Children £1
The campsite will open on Friday June 1st at 5pm.

Facilities are limited on the site:
  • There are no electric hookups
  • Hardstanding spaces are limited - we cross everything tightly that the weather is kind so that we can fit some caravans/campers on the field as well as the carpark
The plus points however are:
  • Hot showers and toilers are available 24/7 during the festival
  • Cooked breakfasts are available from 8am in the town hall - you can pre-order yours a little further down this page!
  • There is a pedestrian cut-through to the centre of town, meaning the campsite is less than 5 minutes from the main hub of activities
  • There's a great festival atmosphere at the campsite!
  • For 2012 we will be opening the festival with a ceilidh in the school hall - unbeatable!!

Pre-ordering breakfasts will help help ensure we order appropriate stocks. It will also help you not to need to carry as much cash around over the weekend. It is not however obligatory, you can still buy your breakfasts on the day(s).

You will need to multiply the number of adults/children by the number of days you will require breakfasts.
IF you are staying the full 5 nights, please note we will not be serving breakfasts on the final, Wednesday, morning.

There will be additional choices available during the festival - tea, coffee, juice, egg/bacon/sausage baps and toast. We are just taking pre-orders for the main breakfasts to help our planning.
We are able to cater for vegan, gluten-free/dairy-free needs... please ask in advance so we can ensure we have appropriate supplies.

The full breakfast includes: Free range eggs, bacon, sausage, fried bread, beans, tomatoes and/or mushrooms.
The vegetarian option includes: 2x free range eggs, fried bread, beans, tomatoes and/or mushrooms.

As we only order a limited number of these for each festival, it is best to order yours in advance to ensure that you get both the colour and style you would most like! As wth previous years, there will only be one colour available during the festival.

Festival Programme! This is your essential guide to what's on, where and when. Not only that but you will get all the gen on the bands and dance sides we have laid on for your entertainments this year. You will also have a map of where everything is within the town. This year our programme is being produced professionally hence a slightly higher price than last year! We can guarantee that it will become one of your mementos of what we hope will be our best fest yet!
